If you would like your ASSESSMENT CORRESPONDENCE to be mailed to an address different from the property location, you need to submit signed / written authorization for us to make this change. Please submit the Request for Change of Mailing Address Form (link on right), complete, sign, date and return to the Assessment Office.
Please note that Requests for Change of Mailing Address will only be processed if they are in writing, signed by the owner or owner's authorized representative with the requested documentation. Completed forms may be mailed, emailed, or dropped off to:
