The Town of Rye requests pricing/proposals for Painting work to be done for the exterior of the Foot Bridge Located at the end of Shore Acres Drive in Rye Neck – Commonly known as the “Continental Manor Foot Bridge.” If there are any questions please feel free to call Debbie Reisner at 914 939 3553. Scope of work
The proposal shall include all tools, skilled labor, transportation, and ancillary items to re-paint the Continental Manor Foot Bridge. Re-painting job may include prep work (removal of existing mold and mildew to ensure sound surface for stain application) and set up/clean up (barricade to retain any loose paint chips from falling into water). Service charges will not be allowed.
