We have partnered with Energize NY, a not-for-profit local development corporation, to provide Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing.

Energize NY PACE is a low-cost, long-term alternative to traditional loans to fund clean energy projects in commercially-owned buildings, including buildings owned by not-for-profits.

Property owners in the Town of Rye can use Energize NY PACE to finance upgrades that will reduce their energy costs and carbon footprint and improve the comfort of their buildings.  *Visit www.energizeny.org to learn more, see case studies, and apply for financing.

 

PACE financing is not a bank loan and differs from traditional financing options:

About Energize NY

Energize NY helps building owners make the move to clean energy. Working directly with New York State municipalities, property owners and developers, we provide low-cost, long-term PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements. Our goal is to help building owners and communities realize the cost-savings, efficiency and air quality benefits of clean energy while supporting job creation in New York State.

Community Center Rental Fees:

Package  1 - 5 Hours - includes 1st Floor (Hall 1 & 2, Solarium, & Kitchen)

  • Rental Fee: $1,625
  • Required Security Deposit: $450 (refundable 2-3 weeks after event pending no damage to the property)

Package  2 - 5 Hours - includes 1st Floor (Hall 1 & 2, Solarium)

  • Rental Fee: $1,125
  • Required Security Deposit: $450 (refundable 2-3 weeks after event pending no damage to the property)

W E D D I N G   P A C K A G E   O P T I O N S 

Package 1 - 10 Hours - Includes 1st Floor (Hall 1 & 2, Solarium, Lounge, Kitchen)
With this package you have exclusive use of the grounds, Mansion & Pavilion, there will be no other events scheduled. Rental time includes event, setup, & cleanup

  • Rental Fee: $3,450
  • Additional Hours: $345
  • Required Security Deposit: $550 (refundable 2-3 weeks after your event pending no damage to the property)

Package 2 - 5 Hours - Includes 1st Floor (Hall 1 & 2, Solarium, Lounge, Kitchen)
With this package you have non-exclusive use of the grounds, Mansion & Pavilion, there could be other events scheduled before or during your event. Rental time includes event, setup, & cleanup

  • Rental Fee: $1,400
  • Required Security Deposit: $550 (refundable 2-3 weeks after your event pending no damage to the property)

Pavilion Rental Fees:

  • $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable 2-3 weeks after event pending no damage to the property)
  • $400.00 for (5) hours
  • $80.00 per additional hour
  • $75.00 for kitchen use
  • $25.00 for ice machine use

Field Usage Fee: (Soccer Field, Ball Field)

Use of Tents

  • You are allowed to use a tent on the grounds during your event
  • Renter is responsible to rent tent from an outside company, Crawford Park does not provide tents
  • $200.00 Fee
  • Insurance certificate required
  • 20x20 or larger is acceptable
  • *Please ask us where tents are permitted on the grounds*

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • The park is open to the public, however, facilities may only be rented by residents. Residents include: Port Chester (10573), Rye Brook (10573) and Rye Neck (10543)
  • Public Bathrooms are on premise and are available to use during your event
  • Garbage bins are provided, but renter is responsible for all set up and clean up
  • All vendors (caterers, performers, equipment suppliers, food trucks, etc.) are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI)
  • If you plan to serve any form of alcohol (wine, beer, liquor), you must obtain an alcohol permit and insurance
  • If you are a non-profit organization please ask us about the rates
  • We do allow bouncy castles and other inflatable houses on the grounds
  • Food Trucks are allowed on premise but must be cleared during your reservation process
  • We do not hold rain dates, it is the renters responsibility to watch the forecast and plan accordingly

Parking and Beach Access Fees For Rye Town Park

The park and beach are open to the general public.  You don’t have to be a resident to use the park.  Persons can pay on a daily basis or purchase season permits, which provide discounts to people planning to use the beach and park frequently.

Residents of Rye City, Port Chester, Rye Brook and Rye Neck get discounts on both daily rates and season permits.

Non-residents of these communities can also buy season permits, at higher rates.

There are three categories of permits for residents and non-residents: Senior, Single, and Family.  

Parking Only permits can also be purchased, which provide for unlimited free parking during the beach season.

Daily rates for parking and beach access are higher on weekends than weekdays.

The daytime parking rates are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.  Evening parking rates run from 7 p.m. until the park closes.  Daytime beach access rates are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Late Afternoon beach access rates are from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.  Evening Beach access rates are from 7 p.m until closing. Residents are free after 7 p.m for beach access.

Pre-Season Operations: Starting May 3rd, the permit office is open Wednesdays through Sundays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pre Season fees are charged for parking starting in April.
