Rye Town Park Rental Fees
a. Pavilion: Two Pavilions are available for rent. Each
rents for $300 and each can accommodate a maximum of
100 people. Setup and Cleanup for each Pavilion is $100.
b. Grills at the Beach: Each grill rents for $60 and will
serve up to 25 people.
c. Cancellations: Any cancellations made by the renter
within the two-week period, prior to the event, will cause
the loss of the payment for the event.
Crawford Park Rental Fees
1. Rental Fees for Mansion:
a. Weddings: Five hour minimum, $1,000. Each
additional hour, or any part thereof: $220.
Additional Refundable Security Deposit of $250
is required.
b. Other Occasions: Four hour minimum, $575.
Each additional hour or part thereof: $110.
Additional Refundable Security Deposit of $150 is
required.
All Mansion rentals include full use of kitchen.
Deposits must be received by the Town of Rye before
any rental dates are confirmed.
2. Additional Facilities:
a. Bridal Room Rental Fee: $75
b. Pavilion Rental Fee: $170 flat fee (includes use
of grills); plus $25 for each hour, or any part thereof.
c. Ballfield Rental Fee: $30 inclusive
3. Deposit Refund: The deposit will be refundable in
full after a favorable review of the premises. Renters
will be held responsible for any damages to the Mansion
or the premises. Renters are forbidden to affix any
items to the premises including the use of tape, nails or
any other material. Renters are to leave the premises in
the same condition in which they found it. If necessary,
the Town of Rye will deduct the cost of damages from
Security Deposit, after it's inspection. Renters are
responsible for the after-occasion cleanup. If necessary
the Town of Rye will clean the premises at the rate of
$45 per man hour, which will be deducted from Security
deposit.
4. Cancellations: Any Cancellations made by the renter
within the two-week period prior to the event will cause
the loss of the Security Deposit.
