Rye Town Park Rental Fees

    a. Pavilion: Two Pavilions are available for rent. Each rents for $400 and each can accommodate a maximum of 100 people. Setup and Cleanup of tables and chairs for each Pavilion is included.

A space reservation/security deposit of $150.00 is required to                guarantee your event.  Full fee is payable 30 days prior to the event.

    b. Grills on the Beach: Each grill rents for $60 and will

serve up to 25 people and are available on a first-come-first- served basis.  Advance reservations are suggested and permit fees must be paid in advance.  Same day arrangements on a space available basis can be made at the Administration Building no later than 1:00PM

    c. Cancellations: Any cancellations made by the renter    

within the two-week period, prior to the event, will cause

the loss of the deposit for the event.   

Crawford Park Rental Fees     

There is a Town of Rye residency restriction in order to use any of the facilities at Crawford Park.

    1. Rental Fees for Mansion:

     a. Weddings: Five hour minimum, $1,000. Each   

        additional hour, or any part thereof: $220.

        Additional Refundable Security Deposit of $250 is required.

       b. Other Occasions: Five hour minimum, $575.

        Each additional hour or part thereof: $110.

        Additional Refundable Security Deposit of $150 is required.

All Mansion rentals include full use of first floor, including the kitchen.  60” round tables and folding chairs are also included.

       

Contracts for Use and deposits must be received by the Town of Rye before any rental dates are confirmed.

 

    2. Additional Facilities:

     a. Bridal Room Rental Fee: $75

     b. Pavilion Rental Fee: $170 flat fee (includes use

        of grills); plus $25 for each hour, or any part thereof.

        c. Ball field Rental Fee: $30 inclusive

 

    3. Deposit Refund: The deposit will be refundable in full after a favorable review of the premises. Renters will be held responsible for any damages to the Mansion or the premises. Renters are forbidden to affix any items to the premises including the use of tape, nails or any other material. Renters are to leave the premises in the same condition in which they found it. If necessary, the Town of Rye will deduct the cost of damages from Security Deposit, after it’s inspection. Renters are responsible for the after-occasion cleanup. If necessary the Town of Rye will clean the premises at the rate of $55 per man hour, which will be deducted from Security deposit.

    4. Cancellations: Any Cancellations made by the renter

    within the two-week period prior to the event will cause

    the loss of the Security Deposit.
