The “Tools for Change” seminar is entering the “home stretch.” Our cohort of 32 students from Blind Brook, Port Chester and Rye Neck High Schools has now completed all but the final phases of the research process they have undertaken to answer this year’s question: 

"What is the relationship between people’s efforts to improve the Rye Town community environment and their satisfaction with the town and its government?"

Port Chester Candidate Meet and Greet

On Friday, March 8, 2013, Building Community Bridges and the Port Chester-Rye NAACP will sponsor a Candidate Meet and Greet at the Port Chester Senior Center from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST. This will be an opportunity for the voters to meet the candidates and ask questions in an informal setting. 

There will be no speeches by the candidates. They will be introduced at the beginning of the event and asked to circulate through the crowd and interact with voters.
