2010 VILLAGE OF PORT CHESTER TAX

SECOND HALF REMINDER

This is a courtesy reminder to all taxpayers whose property is located in the Village of Port Chester that the second half of the Village Tax is due by December 31, 2010. Payments must be Post marked by the post office no later than  December 31, 2010 if send by US Postal Mail. Since Town Offices are closed on December 31, 2010, payments can only be accepted in person January 3, 2011 without penalty. Beginning on January 4, there is a 2% penalty which is determined by the New York State Real Property Tax Laws.
