Joseph Carvin - Supervisor
Joe Carvin was elected Rye Town Supervisor in 2007. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Tulane University and went on to gain an MBA from NYU and an MPA from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. |

Michele Mendicino-Daly - Councilwoman
Michele Mendicino was elected to the Rye Town Board in 1995. Prior to becoming a Councilwoman she served 8 years as a Trustee for the Village of Rye Brook. She also served on the Village of Rye Brook's Recreation Commission and Ethics Board and was a former president of the Sound Shore Community Fund. |

David B. Gelfarb - Councilman David was elected to the Rye Town Council in 2007 for a 4 year term. David is a 1982 graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylavania with concentrations in Accounting and Economics. He is a 1986 graduate, cum laude, of the Boston University School of Law. David is a practicing attorney in New York City. David was elected to the Rye Town Council in 2007 for a 4 year term. In connection with his pro bono work, David was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America for "outstanding service to individuals and families who sought compensation under the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund." Prior to being elected, David served as the Treasurer and President of the Bellefair Homeowners Association in Rye Brook.
He is married to Dr. Jacqueline Proner, a physician who specializes in Allergy and Immunology. Their three children attend the local public schools. |

Robert Nioras - Councilman
Bob, a Port Chester High School graduate, attended Cornell University and SUNY/Buffalo graduating with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He holds an MBA – Corporate Finance degree from Pace University. Bob is a Management Consultant specializing in Business Performance Improvement and Risk Management. He has helped numerous organizations improve their productivity and quality of service by designing and implementing new systems and reengineering processes globally. |
