What to do if you have changed your mailing address?
If you would like your ASSESSMENT CORRESPONDENCE to be mailed to an address different from the property location, you need to submit signed / written authorization for us to make this change. Please print the Request for Change of Mailing Address Form (link on right), complete, sign, date and return to the Assessment Office.
If you would like your TAX BILLS mailed to an address different from the parcel location, you need to contact the Receiver of Taxes.
Please note that Requests for Change of Mailing Address will only be processed if they are in writing and signed by the owner or owner's authorized representative. Completed forms may be mailed, emailed, faxed or dropped off to:
